Domestic ShippingOnce your order is placed and confirmed, your order ships out of our workshop in 3 to 4 weeks.
International ShippingInternational orders take between 4 to 5 weeks to deliver, once shipped, based on the delivery location.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Refund/ Exchange PolicyWe have one standard size across all product categories, in case the piece of jewellery ordered does not fit, we will alter them as per your actual size at no extra cost.
To ensure your satisfaction we incorporate our best attempts to deliver to you the highest quality product, but in case you find any product comprised in your order, and your order is incorrect, damaged, or otherwise defective, we are more than happy to perform an exchange.
We accept articles for exchange if returned in saleable condition within 30 days, accompanied by a sales receipt. The 30 day period would account for the date and time of the goods received by the customer.
How to return/exchange your product?- Place your product in its original packaging
- Ensure that the product is in its original condition with all the tags and labels intact
- 3) Please mention your Name, Order Number, Mobile Number, Size (in a case of alteration required) and Email Address on the top of the packaging material. Insert the original invoice and seal the package properly along with the tags.Please note, our courier collection executive will not accept any open packages.

In a case of multiple purchases in an order, you may return a part of the purchase. While returning our product please ensure that it contains all its components including any complimentary gifts or products that came along with it. However, if your purchase was made in the period of a special promotional offer or any special scheme then special rules might apply for returns. This would be dealt on a case-to-case basis but on a very fair and ethical method so please believe us.
Once the product is received by our returns department, we will refer to customer claims and the reasons for return. After examining the product returned to us, we will take relevant actions as per our return policy.
Some special rules for promotional offers may override our return policy.
Please note, we do not issue refunds in the form of cheques, cash or drafts. Refunds are issued in the form of Amayra credit. The value of the Amayra credits will be same as the amount paid by the customer for the relevant product purchased
These credits can be used for a future purchase with Amayra. The same will be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of allotment.

Order Cancellation PolicyIf you wish to cancel your exchange order, kindly contact our customer care team as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched we can cancel it and add Amayra credits to your account.
If your order has already been dispatched but yet to be delivered and if you wish to cancel the same order at this point of time, please do not accept the delivery. Kindly email our customer care team at
amayrafinejewels@gmail.com or call us on +91 (0) 8689833361 to inform them of the same. Please note, refunds will be processed as per our return policy.
Cancellation/ Exchange for International PurchasesPlease note, that in the unfortunate event of Returns of Goods or Cancellation of International Order, none of the following charges would be refunded:
- Shipping Charges
- Duties & Taxes Levied
- Loss due to currency exchange
Bank transfer/transaction charges levied to the customer at the time of paying Amayra Fine Jewels.
Bank transfer charges/transaction charges at the time of refunding the customers by Amayra, any other charges incurred except for the value of the goods purchased. For example, if any customer from the USA purchases goods worth USD 100 (excluding shipping charges), and returns the products following the refunds policy, then we are obliged to refund Amayra credits worth USD 100 to the relevant customer. The transaction fee would be debited from the value of the goods purchased that is USD 100 and if for example, the transaction fee charged by the bank is USD 10 then the customer would receive USD 90. Furthermore, if the customer has paid over USD 100 towards taxations, duties, etc. then Amayra is obliged to refund USD 100, which is the exact value of the product.

In certain cases, there is a ban on importing/exporting certain items in certain countries. In such events, if we have to cancel the order, Amayra would refund the value of the product only as stated in the above example. All the legal liabilities would remain of the importer who is importing Amayra products in his/her country.
